Mail order policy Upon receiving your order we will send you a pro forma invoice for the available books (amount to be paid includes price of books plus shipping and handling). Ordered books will be kept for you for four (4) weeks. We will ship them immediately on receipt of your payment (cheque, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or money order) in Canadian or American dollars.
